No. Any claimed Yelp business page with Request-a-Quote enabled works — WarmReply syncs the lead conversations, no ad spend required.

I have multiple Yelp locations — is that supported?

Yes, end to end. Every conversation is tagged with its Yelp page, replies route to the right page automatically, and plans are sized by page count (1, 3, or 10 pages).

Is Zapier involved?

Yes — WarmReply uses Yelp's official Zapier integration as the transport, set up once during the wizard. Yelp's Zap steps are currently free on Zapier's free plan, which comfortably covers roughly 25–30 leads a month; higher volume needs a paid Zapier plan. We're upfront about this because surprise costs are worse than honest ones.

What does 'instant greeting' send?

A template you control — with merge fields like the customer's first name, job type, and ZIP — sent seconds after a new lead arrives, so you're first to respond even when your team is on a job. It's optional and off by default.
